In an initial discovery conversation, we will find out what your concerns are and what challenges you are facing when it comes to space optimization. We will review budget, scheduling and plan drawings and do a site visit and evaluation to define the scope and needs of the project to come up with the best approach.

When a concept has been finalized, we will create a detailed, custom solution inclusive of finishes, materials, acoustics type of separation and operation. Upon acceptance of solution and cost and a subsequent purchase order, we are ready to proceed with product order and implementation.
Our project managers will direct and keep your project on track by determining what resources are required, scheduling and liaising with general contractors on your behalf. The assigned project manager represents your interests during every stage of implementation and installation.

Support
Uniqspace’s technicians are available to support you in maintaining and servicing your movable wall systems and fire doors. Our Protection+ Services Program includes an extensive selection of services including inspection, repair and a preventative maintenance plan designed to be specifically tailored to your needs. Our technicians are factory-trained and able to service all our operable, demountable and fire doors as well as other makes and models.
